Because there are plenty of winter sports opportunities in the elevated areas in this region, you can have a good time. Outside of winter, it is best to go here in the middle of summer (May - August), when temperatures are mild or even pleasantly warm.

Winters in these areas are cold, with average temperatures well below 0°C (32°F) and often dropping to -30°C (-22°F), while summers are mainly short and cool. These places offer breathtaking landscapes, remote nature, and rich wildlife.
